Our monthly membership subscription can only be paid with a major credit card.

Passport must be renewed no later than 3-months before expiration.

A letter from your doctor for your quarterly STD test, or a screenshot of your online Alberta Health test results.

VIP membership and certification are one in the same. The non-refundable application fee is $100. If your application is approved, your credit card will be charged $100/month.
